Damon brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry to Business Finders Canada, including several years with some of the world's largest commercial real estate firms, such as Colliers and NAI Commercial. Based in Vernon, Damon works throughout B.C. Interior as a commercial broker specializing in commercial sales, leasing, and business brokerage.
Damon has experience across a wide range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and agriculture. His work focuses particularly on income-producing assets, revenue properties, businesses, and land sales in tertiary markets throughout B.C. Interior. He has successfully completed transactions involving apartment buildings, seniors housing, multi-tenant commercial and industrial buildings, retail plazas, recreational businesses and properties, development sites, farms, ranches, nurseries, wineries, and country estate properties.
Damon brings a creative and strategic approach to each transaction, supported by strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills. He is passionate about providing value-added solutions and building long-term client relationships.
