Carter is a business broker and commercial real estate specialist with a strong foundation in finance and entrepreneurship. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, where he built the financial and analytical skills that guide his work in structuring deals and supporting clients through major transitions.
Before entering brokerage, Carter gained hands-on experience in both business ownership and the automotive industry. He started and operated his own company, which gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. He also worked in several auto dealerships, where he developed practical knowledge of sales, operations, and customer service in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
